Summary: I have DeskPak, which has one.

DeskPak, a multi-function DA, has a very nice calculator. It does hex, octal
as well as decimal, not to mention a plethora of other functions, notepad,
phonebook, appointment calendar, ect. It's shareware so I can send it to you
or make it available on netlib.
