Sorry, you cannot set the switch character to BREAK, as BREAK is not a character. (How would you issue the command? "stty swtch \what?") Most people are able to find a character that isn't used elsewhere. I have used control-E and DEL (control-?) with success. If you really really really need this capability, send me mail and we'll discuss it. (It is possible.)
