Many of the things you speak of are available from Educalc in California.

questions. Their quarterly catalog covers all HP handhelds and their third
party accessories, software, hardware, etc. They will send you the latest
catalog (120 pages) free if you request one.

The latest incarnation of a US HP handheld users group (run by the guy who
did the Skitter Robot software, by the way) is the Handheld Program Exchange,
or HPX for short. They publish a 6-time a year 32-page newsletter covering
HP70 series, 28, 40 and 10-series machines.  HPX can be reached at
