SEDAN III / SUPREM III on hp 9000? 

One of my customers is looking for these packages to run on a HP 9000 (300/800).
SEDAN III is a device simulation program and SUPREM III is a process simulation
program primarily for IC design.

One of the two is already available from  Stanford with HPUX object code.  Does
anyone have both of these running on their HP systems?  I would appreciate a
mail message with a short description of your impressions of this software.
