I've recently posted 'diskvr44' to comp.binaries.ibm.pc.
It is a shareware program that prints floppy inserts that
list file contents.  I've looked at several and find this one
to be quite flexible and complete.  You can have it print
directly or save the output in a file for later printing.
It will expand .arc and .lbr files is you wish and it has
several other nice options.
