Could somebody tell me how to set the background color in CGA 640x200
mono graphic mode ( and EGA 640 x 350 mono graphic ) ?

When I change the border/background color, the background is not affected
but the forground is changed.  I have seen CGA programs that run on 640x200
reverse video mode and I wonder how was that done.  From all the int10h
routines I can't find anything that would change colors for the mono
graphic modes.
