I downloaded PKARC12 from .binaries.ibm.pc a while back and am a bit
confused.  I had heard that the PKARC package was not one but a set of
programs for file compression, etc.  This arc file has just a single
PKARC12 executable.  Is this the same program as I'd heard about, or
just one of them, or something COMPLETELY diferent?
