I have just sent the source for GNU Termcap (from GNU Emacs) to 
comp.sources.misc.  The port to MS-DOS involved modifying it not
to assume that pointers and integers were both 32-bits wide. 

It's useful for those ANSI screen drivers, as well as getting Micro-Emacs
to work over the RS232 port. (I like BBS's with visual editors.)

Watch for it.
