It seems that perhaps the most pragmatic solution would be to purchase an ultra isolation transformer that has a 1:1 turns ratio. The offending AT can then be plugged into the transformer. Companies such as Sola and Topaz, to name only a few, make such devices. Unfortunately, isolation transformers aren't usually inexpensive. --Bill
