I broke down a bought a color monitor for my ATT 6300 (an XT clone). 
Now I would like to look for some software that will encourage my
3rd and 4th grader to use it.  The 6300 uses standard IBM CGA
mode.

Anyone have any suggestions on a good paint program?  Does it
require any additional hardware?  (like a mouse and mouse software)

Any experience/suggestions for educational software?
