Anyway, Apparently, Farallon's sole existance for being is to develop
such a device. They demonstrated rudimentary sound transmission over AppleTalk
using MacRecorders and their software at the August MacWorld expo in Boston.

Bug them about it if you want to know more. It's really fairly simple in
concept...
