I would very much appreciate the following information regarding
networking, especially Macs:

	- general readings, but not of the protocol design issue
	  variety
	- successful LAN solutions, both hardware and software including

		* manufacturer's
		* connectivity issues: bandwidth, cost, maintenance etc ...
		* generality: to micros? (IBM, other Apples), workstations,
			       and mainframes?
	- recommendations

Any and all pointers and/or advice are greatly appreciated. If interest is
sufficient I will post a summary to the net.
