I know because I arranged for our group to do so. As in a dealer you have to show your master disks in order to get the upgrade. You also have to be an offical member of the user group in order to qualify to recieve a copy of the update. Apple sent us a roll of labels and a set of master disks and we make the copies and may charge a nominal fee. Check with your local user group to see if they are signed up for this service. If they are not you can always join ours and you can arrange to get your update via mail by sending your master disks in for a "recharge!" We haven't done this for anyone yet but I'm sure it can be arranged.
