There is an article in _Personal_Engineering_&_Instrumentation_News_, April '88 called: "Serious CAE/CAD on the Mac threatens IBM supremacy" ~page 55 It describes in some Mac programs which are available for doing electronic design. Here's a quick summary to whet your appetites: There are programs available which do digital circuit layout, digital simulation, PC board layout with autorouting, schematic capture, and VLSIC layout. Prices range from ~300 to $8200. Coming "soon": Spice simulators.
