if you are on Internet and can reach rascal.ics.utexas.edu with FTP you can
login as user anonymous and retrieve the file mac/TNs_184_to_194.sit.hqx

please note, however, that rascal is not in the NIC-HOST-table which means
that some sites can not establish a connection to it (for reasons not quite
clear to me and for which no local guru admits interest nor responsibility)

PS: I did not get the Tech-Note #0 with the updated index and would appreciate
	someone sending me a copy.
