Can someone please tell me the name of the directory on sumex-aim where the
Mac material is archived?

After login via anonymous ftp, cd to info-mac. That's where the mac stuff is 
found.

An additional note:  when in info-mac, DO NOT list the directory as it is just
too long.  Instead, there is a file named 00dir.verbose (also 00dir.names)
which contains a list of all the files there.  Just get this file, study the
list and login again to get the files that you want.
