Has anyone experienced the following problem with Word 3.01:
The first two footnotes will both be numbered one, then it will
start numbering sequentially (from label 2) from the 3rd footnote.

I have managed to get it to work: I think the problem may relate to 
having the footnote window open at the time you enter the second footnote,
but as I had by that time copied the file into an empty file I cannot
be sure. 

Fixed in 3.0(current_version + rand() % 10) ? :-)
