As far as I know, this concerns a copy of Stuffit 1.20 on a BBS in 
Texas. As the larger BBSes (CompuServe, GEnie, etc) and the newsgroups
like Usenet are the first to get the new versions, and this directly
from Ray Lau, I think that people who have their version from these
sources don't have to worry too much.
