Get your hands on 'Developer Stack v1.1'.  Contained in it is an XCMD called
"Speak".  Developer Stack is pretty common on BBS's so check it out.  It's
probably on Compuserve and Delphi too.  There are lots of handy XCMD's, XFCN's
scripts and buttons in it.
