It is my understanding (and somebody correct me if I'm wrong) that Apple
is currently rewriting the lot of them.  They were supposed to be
mailed to developers in March, but I just received the March mailing last
week and no tech notes yet. So, perhaps they're still to come, but just
a bit late ...
