"editText" items are items that contain editable text; they're not TEHandles,
though. If you want to set up a TEHandle (with a scrollbar) in the dialog
box, you need to set up a UserItem and write a custom dialog filter to
handle mouse clicks and keystrokes in your TEHandle and scroll bar. While
not too difficult to do, it does take some doing...
