I set one up yesterday.  Here is what the label near the switches
says:

	SWITCH    1   2
	ENXTAT    0   0
	PC/AT     0   0
        PC/XT     1   1
        0=ON    1=OFF

It did not come with a manual of any shape or form, not is there one
available as far as I know.  It's a little sticky, keywise, but that 
may be because I am not used to it yet.
