  Now that we have more than one IRIS on a network (One 4D one 3130 and
  one 3120), we would like to take full advantage of the demonstration
  potential offered by the "dog" program :-) The problem is that dog
  fails with an "Ethernet init failed" message on the 3100 machines and
  a "Can't find broadcast udp service dog" on the 4D. 
  
  Can anyone PLEASE tell us what we have to do to make dog work over the
  ethernet?

  We are running TCP/IP on all machines.
