This has come up before, so I'll post rather than email.
I have successfully installed standard CMOS 8Kx8 RAMs into
the RAM expansion sockets of my Model 100. If you have a source
of these parts, and don't mind modifying the circuit board
(the decoder has to be rewired a little), email me and I will
send the info via USnail. (There are pictures, so I can't email.)
