WANTED: big-screen terminal running X-windows.

I know a lot of people who use Sun "workstations"
as intelligent windowing terminals. It seems to
me that there must be a better way - why have all
the power of a workstation when all you really need
is a big screen that does windows (preferably 
X-windows)?

Are there any such terminals out there? I had some
hope for Sun River, but am not really happy with the
screen size.
