I have another question for troff experts.  Is there a way to get troff
and whatever macro is necessay, to give a sorted index.  The -me option
has indexes, but the use is really for a Table of Contents, since it is
not a sorted list.  Has anyone done a sorted index using troff?  If so,
how did you end up doing it?
