HELP!

I am writing a COBOL parser in yacc. I just got an error:

 fatal error: too many terminals, limit 127, line 28

Is there anything I can do? I haven't even started on the executable part
of the language yet. Would BISON help? I have trouble reading everything
in this group, please respond by e-mail
