     Does anyone have a glossary or UNIX terms (3-5 pages long)
     defined for the UNIX market place at a relatively high
     level (e.g. Kernel, Shell, Pipes, X/OPEN, CAE, IEEE,
     POSIX, SVID, etc. )?  Any books you can recommend that
     contain this is also good.
