I am making a painful trip from Microport V/386 to Xenix 2.2.3 on
a Micronics motherboard clone.  The pain originated with Microport
(I can not discuss it in polite terms) but my ignorance of Xenix
is irritating.  SCO has a very polite, crisp, and efficient tech
support function but I am going to have to wait until Monday for
an "appointment".  I am having kindergarten level trouble with uucp
(USERFILE in particular), the lp subsystem, and the news/smail PD
software.  I have accomplished everything more than once in Vr2 and
Vr3, once in BSD 4.3 so I'm not stupid but I _am_ ignorant.

Is there something I can get to help me over the bumps?  Is there a
forgiving Xenix soul who could give me some email advice?  Thanks,
