  This whole discussion is pretty much spent because there's no way for us
to determine who's right, at least until the courts figure out some
solution...we can yap our heads off 'til the cows come home (about 5:00 pm
here in bucolic Hanover), but it's just a waste of time.  Forget anything
I previously said...(unless someone called "no takebacks" at the beginning
of this whole discussion...)
