I said we should wait until the bio-engineers *can* do something. There is a huge difference. Nobody sees anything wrong with patenting that little mouse itself; what people are flaming about is "what will we do when they try to patent fake humans, blah, blah, blah . . .". Look, we aren't even close to being able to do anything like that.
