Anyone have any ideas on a circuit for decoding byphase digital output
form cdplayers.  I would like to play with the serial output of my CDP560
and it apears the two transistions within the window is a 1 and one transistion
is a 0.  I don't think that i could use a oneshot to define the window period
because its two short (~.4 us).
