Subject: Urgent request for info on Precision Image plotter

We are in the process of purchasing a new color electrostatic plotter
and need some help.  The machine we are considering is the Precision
Image C448.  Does anyone have any experience with this machine?

Please reply to me if you have had experience with the Precision
Image electrostatic plotter, good or bad.  We are particularly interested
in ease of use, time requirements for operators and programmers to use
it effectively, ease of integration into existing graphics packages,
reliability, service, and overall satisfaction.
