Anyone have routines to convert from Harris 24-bit floats to
something useable by a VAX?  I have a tape full of Radio 
Astronomy data I want to analyze on a VMS machine, and I 
need to convert to VAX format.  I can read the tape fine, but
don't know how to convert the floats.  Any language routines
could be used.  (Email is probably appropriate for this,
since I don't imagine too many others have my problem.)
