I sent a message to AppleLink, to a friend who is an Apple contractor,
via the BitNet-AppleLink gateway (which is just DASNet, for those who
know it), and got this in return:

> Specific AppleLink users have been authorized to exchange electronic mail

On the other hand, someone gave me a UUCP address for Kinetics, which
I haven't tried, which is:

	ucbvax!mtxinu!kinetics!user

so Kinetics may be listening, even as we speak . . .
