To any who may know:
   Can anyone tell me if they're exchanging EDI formatted data across the
DoD internet using any of the TCP/Ip protocols?  I'm not the least
familiar with EDI so if anyone feels like clueing me in, have at it.  i
do seem to remember something about EDI and TOP being related.  Maybe I'm
just confused.  I'd appreciate any enlightenment anyone can throw
my way.
