Summary: Another problem with VMSBACKUP -need fix

Another problem with VMSBACKUP:  version 4.6 of VMS has changed
the format of backup tapes. (this is from a DEC person... but
they could not say exactly how the format was changed) This
breaks VMSBACKUP.

Does anyone have a fix??
