Subject: Missing binaries segments

  I've got a question for the net.  In the last month or so it
  seems like at least half the binaries posted to the net
  are missing segments.  For example:

   Nethack   :  we recieved parts 3,4 of 7
   PSPICE    :  recieved parts 5,7 of 14
   PC-Hyper  :  recieved part 1-3 of 5
   SED.pc    :  recieved part 1 of 2
   tsrnew    :  recieved part 1 of 2

  My question is:  have these been posted sucessfully elsewhere??
  Or has everyone else been missing parts too?  Or do we just have
  a bad connection someplace?   

  I'd like to get the rest of pc_hyper, sed.pc, and tsrnew by the
  way??
