Since your .sig file doesn't seem to contain a path from a backbone site, I don't know if I'll be able to send it. Consider the program on the way though, and let me know it you don't receive it. What appears to be a much better program is availiable from sites that archive comp.sources.unix, check out 'sp' volume 8. I was not able to get it to compile but maybe you'll have better luck.
