	One way to re-format paragraphs in "vi" is to use the "fmt"
	program (viz., !}fmt ). Naturally, this only works if you
	are fortunate enough to have the program on your system.

	Up until recently, before we moved to a new development system,
	we had this "fmt" program. Now, we don't.

	If the source is not proprietary, I would appreciate it, if
	some kind soul would post the source, for this, or a comparable
	program.
