Here's one thing that will never, ever, be implemented on the Amiga...

	pid = fork();
	switch(pid) {
		case -1: perror(argv[0]); exit(1);
		case 0: ...
		default: ...
	}

Don't tell me that AmigaDOS tasks are more efficient, or more powerful,
or less filling. I think they taste great myself. The point remains that
fork() is not compatible with them.

Consider this a challenge, if you like... I don't think it's possible to
implement fork on the Amiga in the general case.
