Why does Intuition send a REDISPLAY (or whatever it's called -- I don't
have my manuals with me) message to me for a SIMPLE_REFRESH window when
it's moved, even if the window is entirely visible?  Why doesn't
Intuition just bitblt from the old place on the screen to the new place?
This was a surprise to me!
