on BBS's and such, so might I recommend the following disclaimer be put onto
all such boards, and be inserted into the shar file that was posted.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU DISTRIBUTE FLOPPIES USING THE FAST FILE

PUTTING THE FAST FILE SYSTEM ON YOUR FLOPPIES IS *UNSUPPORTED*, AND
COMMODORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BREAK ANYTHING THAT ISN'T OFFICIALLY
SUPPORTED.

	I personally don't want to see two flavors of floppy format until
the DOS can recognize it automagically.  As things stand now, you have to
pull a lot of magic to get it to work, and it's still fraught with
inconsistencies.  Nein, danke.
