A program called Flushot4 was recently seen on a BBS out west.
Ross Greenberg's Flushot versions don't go up that high, and this one
was apparently a virus advertising itself as vaccine.  So if you see
it, don't use it, don't trust anything from the machine it's on,
call the operator of the machine you see it on, etc.
