Could someone point me in the direction of information needed to write
a printer driver?  I need to know such things as:

* How to make chooser recognize the new print driver.
* What resource numbers, etc. I need for things.

The LSC manual and IM2 provided me with a good start, but they only cover
generic device drivers, and apparently things are different for printer
drivers.

Any LSC examples would also be appreciated.
