The 4/15/88 patch tape for Ultrix 2.2 contained an error in the way
the sccs info was put into msg.h.  The error was corrected by 4/21/88.
According to MACSC (the Massachusetts Customer Support Center) none of
the other files on the patch tape have changed since 4/14.
