No, I don't think that I do.  I'm not responsible for maintaing X11 here, I
just grope around with "find" and chew up lots of CPU/disk cycles...

I found the same "problem" here.  Somebody sent me mail and told me that
the files that I wanted (X11/Atoms.h, X11/TopLevel.h, X11/VPane.h,
X11/ButtonBox.h) are from the R1 distribution but have been supplanted by
some other files in the R2 distribution.  Unfortunately, he couldn't tell
me which files to try to use instead...
