Just looking through and and there are several refercences to a second hard drive. Anyone tried this? Could it be as simple as swapping a daisy-chain HD cable for the one that's in there? Then what to do about a 2nd control (data?) cable. Also - I'm not familiar with DMA operations on the UNINpc and don't have the specs for the WD2797, but it seems that it wouldn't be hard to write a utility to write complete blocks to the floppy (direct memory to disk transfer via. DMA) at a fast rate - - maybe the start of a fast HD backup system (I sure could use one).
