With an Apple 1200 baud modem using Macterminal 1.1, my best interaction
with the IC2060 is to declare TERMINAL VT52, NOT VT100.

This implements Cloverleaf-Backspace (Control-Backspace) as DELETE,
and allows screen blanking at MM startup, implements BLANK as a
Tops-20 command etc.
