Unfortunately, MacTerminal does not support this so that on a Macintosh one is obliged to type Command-BACKSPACE for DELETE as Larry Kedes suggested. Is there any other experience with terminal emulators for the Mac's that allow BACKSPACE-DELETE swap and also good file transfer? I have found the version of MacKERMIT from Steve Engel@Harvard to do both of these but it has a number of bugs that prevent it from being generally useful. Doug Brutlag -------
